What does the law say?

According to the Electronic Communications law, anyone who visit a website should be informed that the website contains cookies, what these cookies are used for and how cookies can be avoided.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer. Cookies enable a better website experience for users and gives us statistics about the use of the site.

We use two types of cookies. Permanent cookies and session cookies.

The permanent cookies are used for various interactive services and the measurement of statistics about which pages are visited, etc.

The session cookie is used to manage navigation on the site. During a web site visit a cookie is sent between your computer and the server to transfer information between different pages. Session cookies disappear when you close your browser.

Accept or deny cookies

You can choose whether you want to accept cookies or not in your browser. Most browsers (eg Internet Explorer or Firefox) accept cookies automatically, but you can change the settings so that they do not accept them or gives you a choice. Note that if you disable cookies, the website will not to work as intended.

Block all cookies

Most browsers allow you to block all cookies. For more information about how to change settings regarding cookies in your particular browser, see the help menu in your browser.
